We think brown’s growing popularity moves beyond edibles and is more aligned with the nurturing qualities of Mother Nature. National realtor Zillow released its annual trends analysis for its 2024 national listings. The company’s trend expert Amanda Pendleton revealed a spike in search terms such as “warmth, character and comfort” while the search word “cozy” spiked 35%. Zillow’s color analysis translated these popular search terms as the growing desire of home buyers for “colors found in nature, like greens, browns and deep reds”.
